Enterprise Master Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the subscription, access, deployment, and professional advisory services provided by EAConnect Inc.
1. Subscription & Platform Access
EAConnect grants customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the EAConnect Planning during the applicable subscription term. Platform access is billed transparently on a per-workspace and named-user basis with clearly documented compute tiers. We do not impose hidden penalties for scenario sandboxes or model calculation runs.
2. 30-Day Agile Deployment Commitment
Our standard onboarding engagement is structured around an intensive 30-day agile sprint delivery. During this period, an assigned Senior Planning Architect works directly with customer finance and operations leads to connect source ERP/CRM pipelines, configure dimensions, test calculation drivers, and validate baseline reports.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Support
EAConnect commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime availability for the core planning calculation engine and iPaaS ingestion workers, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 5 business days in advance. Priority 1 (critical business stoppage during financial close) incidents receive a 1-hour response commitment from named enterprise engineering architects.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Customer retains sole and exclusive ownership of all uploaded data, financial records, formula logic, and bespoke planning structures created within customer workspaces. EAConnect retains all ownership rights in the underlying platform engine, APIs, connector frameworks, and general documentation.
5. Term, Termination & Transition
Agreements automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless notice of non-renewal is provided at least 30 days prior to term expiration. In the event of contract completion, customer is entitled to export all planning data, dimensional mappings, and historical run logs in standard CSV/Parquet and SQL formats.
6. EAConnect Excel Add-in License
These terms also cover the EAConnect Excel Add-in, listed in Excel as EAConnect. Subject to these terms and your organization's applicable EAConnect agreement, EAConnect grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the add-in to access their authorized EAConnect workspaces in Microsoft Excel.
The add-in requires a compatible Excel installation or Excel on the web, internet access, and an EAConnect account with the necessary workspace permissions. Workspace access, subscriptions, and any charges are governed by your organization's EAConnect agreement. Installing the add-in does not itself purchase a subscription or modify that agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
You may use the add-in only with data and workspaces you are authorized to access. You must not bypass access controls, misuse another user's account, or redistribute the add-in as your own product. EAConnect retains ownership of the add-in; customers retain ownership of their data. You are responsible for reviewing planning changes before submitting them and for controlling access to saved or shared workbooks.
You can stop using the add-in and remove it from Excel at any time. Removal does not terminate a separate EAConnect subscription or delete workbook contents or workspace data. Data handling is described in our privacy policy. For assistance, email info@eaconnect.io.
